That's exactly the surprise! Clothes, gadgets, accessories, everyday items… every parcel is unique and its contents remain a mystery until opened.
Where do the parcels come from?
These are undelivered or unclaimed parcels that we save and give a second life to, rather than seeing them destroyed or stored unnecessarily.
Can I choose what I receive?
The exact contents always remain a surprise: that's the whole point of the concept! You simply choose the parcel that appeals to you according to the price offered.
What is the delivery time?
Allow 2 to 3 working days, anywhere in Belgium, via our partner DPD.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking number by email to follow its delivery in real time.
